Core Features
Coolant Delivery: Circulates and delivers high-temperature coolant from the engine cylinder head to the radiator, completing the cooling cycle and preventing engine overheating.
Leak-Proof Sealing: Sealing lips at both ends and clamps ensure secure fastening, preventing coolant leakage and maintaining stable cooling system pressure.
Flexible Connection: Absorbs engine vibration and thermal expansion/contraction (axial compensation ±10 mm), preventing breakage of rigid connections.
Temperature and Pressure Resistance: Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure engine coolant operation, preventing hose bulging, bursting, or aging cracking.
Protective Protection: The outer rubber layer protects against oil, dust, and UV rays, extending hose life.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: Length, pipe diameter, and connector angle are perfectly matched to the D65/D85 cooling system, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High temperature resistance and aging resistance: The EPDM inner layer is resistant to coolant corrosion, exhibiting no swelling or cracking even after long-term use, with a lifespan of ≥3000 hours.
High pressure and explosion resistance: The steel wire reinforcement layer can withstand a burst pressure of ≥0.8 MPa, far exceeding the system's operating pressure, ensuring a high safety factor.
Durable and reliable sealing: Galvanized steel connectors + stainless steel clamps, combined with a sealing lip, result in a leakage rate of <0.05%, suitable for bumpy operating conditions.
Quick replacement: Integrated design allows for installation in just 15-20 minutes, reducing downtime for maintenance.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, inspect the hose for signs of aging, bulging, or cracks. Ensure the connectors are clean and free of rust. Apply coolant to lubricate the sealing lip.
After aligning the connectors, tighten the clamps to 8-12 N·m using a torque wrench, being careful not to overtighten and damage the hose.
Check the clamp tightness and for leaks every 200 hours. Replace the hose every 1500 hours or 1 year to prevent aging and failure.
Avoid contact between the hose and high-temperature components (exhaust manifold); maintain a distance of ≥50 mm to prevent burns.
Purge air before starting the engine to ensure smooth cooling system circulation and prevent air locks that could cause engine overheating.
Suitable Scenarios and Value
Suitable Scenarios: Suitable for heavy-duty, dusty, and temperature-varying environments such as mines, earthmoving sites, and wetlands, ensuring stable cooling systems.
Core Value: Reduces the risk of engine overheating failures, minimizes downtime losses, and improves overall machine operating efficiency and reliability.
