Core Features
Reduced speed and increased torque: Meets with pinion/planetary gears to achieve a final drive ratio (approximately 5–8:1), amplifying output torque to meet bulldozing/climbing requirements.
Power transmission: Transmits power from the engine via the gearbox to the drive wheels, ensuring the machine's traction output.
Positioning and centering: Positioned with stop jaws and bolts, ensuring coaxiality with the planetary carrier/housing, resulting in high meshing precision.
Load bearing: Withstands radial/impact loads, adapting to torque fluctuations and impacts under heavy-duty conditions.
Transmission stability: Precise tooth profile and backlash design reduce meshing noise and ensure smooth transmission.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: Tooth profile, module, and pressure angle are fully compatible with pinions/planetary gears, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High strength and fatigue resistance: Forged from 20CrMnTi, carburized and quenched (tooth surface hardness 58–62 HRC, core hardness 30–35 HRC), torsional strength ≥1100 MPa, fatigue life ≥15000 hours.
High meshing accuracy: Tooth profile tolerance ≤ GB/T 10095 Grade 7, radial runout ≤0.08 mm, transmission efficiency ≥98%.
Wear and impact resistant: Carbonitriding and grinding of tooth surfaces improves wear resistance by 40%, suitable for high-frequency impact conditions.
Easy installation: Stop positioning + bolt tightening allows for quick assembly; no additional adjustment is needed for coaxiality and meshing clearance.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the stop, bolt holes, and gear teeth, checking for cracks, deformation, or chipped teeth, and ensuring the gear teeth are free of foreign objects.
Position the gears according to the original manufacturer's markings, and tighten the bolts evenly and crosswise to the specified torque, ensuring coaxiality and meshing backlash.
After installation, check that the tooth surface contact patch is ≥70%, the meshing backlash is 0.2–0.3 mm, and there is no abnormal noise.
Check the tooth surface wear and meshing condition every 2500 hours; replace the gear when the wear is >0.5 mm.
Regularly change the gear oil (API GL 5 85W 140) to prevent oil contamination that can lead to tooth surface wear and pitting.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty operations such as mining stripping, infrastructure bulldozing, and steep slope work.
Core value: Ensures stable final drive reduction and torque increase, improves overall machine traction and operating efficiency, and reduces the risk of transmission failure.
