Core Features
Torque Transmission and Speed Change: Meets with planetary gears, achieving power splitting and torque amplification through a planetary mechanism to match 2-3 gear ratio requirements.
Shift Execution Adaptation: Works with clutch engagement/brake disengagement to achieve gear shifting, ensuring uninterrupted power transmission.
Load Stability: The integral structure evenly distributes the gear surface load, preventing localized overloads that could lead to tooth surface spalling.
Positioning and Guiding: Precisely meshes with the planetary carrier to ensure stable gear meshing clearance, reducing impact and noise.
Wear Compensation: The hardened tooth surface design allows for fine-tuning of the meshing clearance to compensate for normal wear, extending assembly life.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: Tooth profile parameters and module are fully compatible with D65/D85 planetary mechanisms, allowing direct replacement without modification and avoiding poor meshing.
High strength and fatigue resistance: Forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, with carburized and quenched tooth surfaces (hardness 58–62 HRC), optimized tooth root transition fillets, and resistance to impact and spalling.
High meshing accuracy: Tooth profile accuracy GB 6 grade, tooth direction tolerance ≤0.02 mm, smooth transmission, and noise ≤85 dB.
Long-term durability: Hardened layer depth 1.8–2.2 mm, fatigue life ≥15000 hours, suitable for heavy-duty conditions.
Easy installation: Precise positioning stop and bolt holes; automatic meshing clearance adjustment after installation, requiring no additional adjustment.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the gear teeth and locating stops, checking for any dents or cracks. Replace any damaged seals.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque, ensuring they are tightened symmetrically in a crisscross pattern to prevent deformation that could affect meshing accuracy.
After installation, check the meshing clearance (0.15–0.25 mm). Ensure there is no abnormal noise or impact during operation.
Check the gear tooth wear every 2000 hours. Replace the gear when the tooth thickness wear exceeds 0.3 mm.
Regularly change the transmission fluid (API CI 4 or higher) and perform filter maintenance to prevent fluid contamination that could lead to abnormal wear.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Mining stripping, high-fill construction, heavy-duty bulldozing, and other operations requiring frequent gear shifting.
Core Value: Ensures stable power transmission from the gearbox, reduces the risk of failure, extends the lifespan of the gearbox assembly, and improves operational efficiency.
