Core Features
Bidirectional sealing: Prevents oil leakage from the final drive gears while preventing dirt, sand, and moisture from entering the gearbox, protecting gears and bearings.
End face floating compensation: The metal ring can float slightly axially, automatically compensating for installation errors and vibration displacement, maintaining stable sealing surface pressure.
Impact adaptation: Withstands impacts and vibrations from traveling and bulldozing, preventing sealing surface separation and ensuring reliable dynamic sealing.
Positioning seal: O-ring pre-compression provides initial sealing force, and the metal ring's conical surface forms an oil film sealing band, providing double protection for the sealing effect.
Maintenance adaptation: Standardized installation slots facilitate quick disassembly and replacement, reducing final drive maintenance time.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: The outer diameter, cone angle, and sealing surface roughness of the metal ring perfectly match the final drive housing/hub, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High wear and impact resistance: The 100Cr6 metal ring is quenched and polished, with a sealing surface roughness ≤Ra0.015 μm and an anti-wear life of 3000-5000 hours.
Oil and aging resistance: The NBR60 rubber ring is resistant to gear oil and aging, compatible with commonly used mineral and synthetic gear oils in engineering machinery.
Stable dynamic sealing: Axial float ±0.2 mm automatically compensates for runout and axial movement, preventing seal failure and oil leakage.
High cost-effectiveness and durability: Compact structure, simple maintenance, a single unit can cover the entire life cycle of the final drive, reducing overall machine maintenance costs.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove, metal ring, and O-ring. Inspect the sealing surface for scratches, chipping, and deformation, and ensure the O-ring is undamaged.
Apply a thin layer of gear oil to the metal ring. Embed the O-ring into the groove and pre-compress it evenly to avoid twisting. Use a special tool to press it in symmetrically to prevent misalignment.
After installation, check that the sealing surfaces fit evenly without local gaps. Tighten the hub bolts to the original torque to avoid deformation of the housing.
Check the oil level and for leaks every 1000 hours. Replace immediately if oil leakage is found or the sealing surface wear exceeds 0.1 mm.
Avoid striking the metal ring with hard objects to prevent damage to the sealing surface. It is recommended to replace them in pairs to ensure consistent sealing performance.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Large-scale earthmoving, mining stripping, wetland operations, and other high-dust, muddy, and heavy-load conditions.
Core benefits: Reduces the risk of final drive oil leakage and gear wear, decreases oil consumption and maintenance frequency, and improves overall machine operating efficiency and reliability.
