Core Features
Static sealing and leak prevention: An elastic sealing ring is formed between the groove and the mating surface, preventing internal gear oil leakage and the intrusion of external mud/dust.
Gap filling: Utilizing rubber elasticity to fill minute gaps at the mating surfaces compensates for assembly errors and ensures reliable sealing.
Media isolation: Isolates gear oil from external air/impurities, preventing oil contamination, oxidation, and component corrosion.
Buffering and vibration reduction: The elastomer absorbs vibrations, reducing the risk of seal failure due to impact at the mating surfaces.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: Dimensions and groove tolerances perfectly match, allowing for direct replacement without adjustment, avoiding leaks caused by improper clearance.
Reliable material: Made of nitrile rubber (NBR), resistant to mineral oils, wear, and aging, suitable for gear oils and engineering machinery operating conditions.
Stable seal: High compression resilience, not easily deformed by plasticity over long-term use, static seal life ≥3500 hours.
Cost-friendly: Low unit price, easy to procure, small unit quantity (commonly 2 units/final drive), low inventory and maintenance costs.
Easy installation: No special tools required, simply insert into the groove for installation, reducing replacement difficulty.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove and mating surface to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the O-ring surface.
During installation, avoid twisting or stretching. Place the O-ring evenly into the groove, ensuring full contact with the mating surface.
Tighten the bolts symmetrically to the specified torque to avoid localized overpressure that could cause the O-ring to be squeezed out or damaged.
Check for leaks every 1500 hours and replace the O-ring every 3500 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable scenarios: Suitable for static sealing surfaces of final drive components, and operating environments with heavy loads, vibration, and high dust levels.
Core value: Prevents gear oil leakage, protects final drive components, extends gear and bearing life, and reduces downtime maintenance costs.
