Core Features
Sealing and Leak Prevention:Fills the gap between the piston and cylinder/hydraulic cylinder inner wall, preventing gas/hydraulic oil leakage, maintaining cylinder pressure, and ensuring power output and system efficiency.
Oil Scraping and Distribution: Oil rings scrape excess oil from the cylinder wall, and compression rings assist in oil distribution, reducing oil consumption and combustion pollution, and lowering hydraulic oil loss.
Heat Transfer: Transfers heat from the piston top/cylinder piston to the cylinder, assisting in heat dissipation and preventing localized overheating.
Support and Positioning: Maintains the piston's centered position within the cylinder, reducing uneven wear and extending the service life of the piston and cylinder.
Product Superiority
Precise Fit: Dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.05 mm, high matching degree with sealing grooves and cylinders, direct installation, eliminating leakage caused by dimensional deviations.
Superior Material Performance: Alloy cast iron base material + nitriding/chrome plating coating, hardness ≥90 HRB, wear-resistant, stable operation from -50℃ to +300℃, resistant to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion.
Strong Resistance to Working Conditions: Moderate elastic modulus, maintaining sealing tension under high temperature, high pressure, and reciprocating impact conditions, suitable for the heavy-load, high-frequency vibration operating environment of bulldozers.
Low Maintenance Costs: Easy installation, service life ≥3000 hours under normal working conditions, reducing downtime for replacement and lowering overall maintenance costs.
Good Versatility: Compatible with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket replacement parts, allowing for more flexible procurement and inventory management.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove, piston, and cylinder inner walls to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the ring surface.
During installation, use a special tool to widen the ring opening and smoothly insert it into the groove, avoiding twisting, stretching, or prying that could cause the ring to break.
Install in the specified direction (marked side upwards), with the ring openings offset by 120° to prevent gas and oil leakage.
Check the ring wear/sealing condition every 1000 hours and replace it regularly every 2500–3000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Engine piston assemblies and hydraulic cylinder piston seals, especially suitable for heavy-duty, high-temperature operating environments such as mining and infrastructure construction.
Core benefits: Reduces gas/hydraulic oil leakage by approximately 95%, reduces power loss and downtime due to seal failure, and extends engine/hydraulic cylinder life by approximately 20%–25%.
