Core Features
Drive direction and gear control: Pushing or pulling the lever forward/backward switches between forward and reverse, tilting it left/right achieves steering. Integrated shift lock and neutral safety switch prevent accidental operation.
Precise pilot signal output: An internal pilot valve converts lever movements into hydraulic signals (3.5–4.5 MPa), driving the transmission clutch/brake and steering actuator.
Electronic control coordination: Linked with ECMV, automatically adjusts clutch engagement pressure for shock-free shifting. Adapts to load and vehicle speed.
Safety lock-up protection: Shift lock mechanism prevents accidental gear engagement while driving; neutral safety switch ensures safe starting for Komatsu.
Status feedback and diagnostics: Built-in displacement sensor feeds operational signals back to the KOMTRAX monitoring system, supporting rapid fault diagnosis.
Product Superiority
Factory Precise Matching: Operating logic and interfaces are fully compatible with the D65/D85 electronic/hydraulic systems, allowing for direct replacement without adjustment, avoiding shifting jerks and steering deviation.
Easy and Efficient Operation: Optimized PCCS lever ratio, operating force ≤10 N, reducing fatigue during extended operation, steering response ≤0.3 s.
Smooth and Durable Shifting: Works in conjunction with ECMV to control clutch engagement speed, reducing shock and extending gearbox component lifespan.
Reliable Integrated Design: Integrated housing with IP65 protection rating, dustproof, waterproof, and shockproof; internal seals are oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant, with a lifespan ≥8000 hours.
Convenient Maintenance: Reserved testing interface supports rapid pilot pressure calibration; adjustable handle height/angle accommodates operators of different heights.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Clean the interface before installation and replace the seals to prevent impurities from causing valve core jamming.
Tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque (25–30 N·m) to avoid housing deformation affecting operational accuracy.
After installation, verify the pilot pressure (3.5–4.5 MPa) and test the smoothness of shifting/steering to ensure no leakage.
Check the handle clearance and seal condition every 2000 hours and clean the sensor plug regularly to prevent abnormal signals.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty operations requiring frequent gear shifting and steering, such as mine stripping, infrastructure leveling, and high-fill embankments.
Core benefits: Improves operator comfort and work efficiency, reduces gearbox failures, lowers maintenance costs, and ensures operational safety.
