Core Features
Bidirectional sealing: Separates the rodless and rod chambers of the cylinder, preventing high-pressure oil leakage and adapting to a rated pressure of 22.6 MPa.
Leak prevention: The lip self-seales under pressure, with a dynamic sealing leakage rate ≤0.01 L/min, ensuring cylinder thrust and operational accuracy.
Wear-resistant guidance: Low-friction contact with the cylinder inner wall assists in piston guidance, reducing uneven wear between the cylinder and piston.
Temperature adaptability: Adaptable to oil temperatures from -30℃ to +100℃, resistant to hydraulic shock and oil temperature fluctuations.
Easy maintenance: Standardized grooves facilitate disassembly and replacement, enabling quick maintenance of the cylinder sealing system.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: The inner diameter, outer diameter, and cross-sectional dimensions of the sealing ring are fully compatible with the D65/D85 hydraulic cylinder piston grooves, allowing for direct replacement without any repairs.
High-pressure self-sealing reliability: The polyurethane material is extrusion-resistant, and the bidirectional lip increases contact force with pressure, suitable for a rated pressure of 22.6 MPa, and resistant to impact and pressure fluctuations.
Low wear and long service life: Friction coefficient ≤0.08, tear-resistant lip, suitable for piston reciprocating speeds of 0.5–1.5 m/s, with a service life ≥5000 hours.
Oil and aging resistance: Compatible with mineral hydraulic oil, resistant to aging and hydrolysis, and operates stably at oil temperatures of -30℃ to +100℃.
Anti-extrusion design: Adapts to standard groove clearances, preventing lip extrusion under high pressure, suitable for heavy-duty bulldozing and frozen soil operations.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the piston grooves and cylinder inner wall, checking for burrs, scratches, and damage or aging of the sealing ring.
Use a special tool to insert the piston into the groove, avoiding lip flipping and ensuring the lip faces the pressure chamber. After installation, check for coaxiality.
After installation, perform a no-load test run to check for no cross-contamination of the cylinder, smooth operation, and leakage ≤0.01 L/min.
Check the sealing condition every 3000 hours. Replace the sealing ring immediately if leakage or sluggish operation occurs.
Control the hydraulic oil cleanliness to NAS class ≤8 and replace the filter element regularly to prevent impurities from damaging the sealing lip.
Suitable scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty reciprocating hydraulic cylinder applications such as large-scale earthmoving, mining stripping, and frozen soil operations.
Core Value: Ensures high-pressure sealing of the cylinders, prevents cross-contamination and leakage, and improves overall machine operating efficiency and hydraulic system stability.
