Core Features
Leak-proof sealing: Fills the gaps between component mating surfaces, preventing internal and external leakage of hydraulic oil/gear oil, maintaining stable system pressure, and reducing oil loss and environmental pollution.
Isolation from impurities: Prevents dust, mud, and moisture from entering the sealed cavity, protecting precision components such as valve cores, cylinders, and gears, and reducing wear.
Adaptability to operating conditions: Maintains flexibility within a wide temperature range of -30℃ to +120℃, adaptable to harsh operating environments such as cold starts, heavy loads at high temperatures, and vibration and impact.
Component protection: Prevents dry friction, extending the service life of core components such as hydraulic pumps, gearboxes, and cylinders.
Product Superiority
Original Factory Precise Fit: Dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.08 mm, perfectly matching the sealing groove for direct installation, eliminating the risk of leakage due to dimensional deviations.
Durable Material: Primarily made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) or hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), resistant to mineral oil/gear oil, anti-aging, compression set ≤15%, service life ≥2000 hours.
Strong Resistance to Operating Conditions: Vibration and impact resistant, static sealing pressure up to 35 MPa, suitable for high-pressure systems and dusty/oil-prone conditions in engineering machinery.
Easy Maintenance: Installation requires no special tools, reducing downtime for replacements and lowering overall maintenance costs.
Good Versatility: Compatible with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket replacement parts, allowing for more flexible procurement and inventory management.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove and mating surfaces to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the sealing ring surface.
During installation, apply hydraulic oil/grease to the sealing ring and press it smoothly into the groove, avoiding twisting, stretching, or prying to prevent damage to the lip.
Tighten the bolts evenly diagonally (torque 30–50 N·m, according to the model manual) to prevent uneven stress on the mating surfaces.
Check for leaks every 500 hours and replace the bolts every 1800–2000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Gearbox housing mating surfaces, hydraulic pump flanges, cylinder end caps, valve assembly mounting surfaces, etc., especially suitable for heavy-duty, dusty operating environments such as mines and infrastructure projects.
Core Value: Reduces oil loss by approximately 90%, lowers downtime due to leakage, and extends the lifespan of core components by approximately 15%–20%.
