Core Features
Leak-proof sealing: Seals the gaps between mating surfaces of components, preventing internal and external leakage of hydraulic oil/gear oil, maintaining stable system pressure, and avoiding oil loss and environmental pollution.
Impurity isolation: Prevents dust, mud, and moisture from entering the sealed cavity, protecting precision components such as gears, valve cores, and cylinders, and reducing wear.
Wide temperature adaptability: The white material exhibits outstanding low-temperature resistance, maintaining elasticity from cold starts to high-temperature operation, adapting to extreme winter/summer temperatures and temperature fluctuations under heavy-load conditions.
Component protection: Prevents dry friction caused by oil leakage, extending the service life of core components such as the main pump, gearbox, and cylinders.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: Dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.08 mm, perfectly matching the D21 specification sealing groove, allowing for installation without machining and eliminating the risk of leakage caused by dimensional deviations.
Superior material performance: The white material is mostly modified silicone or low-temperature resistant fluororubber, resistant to mineral oil/gear oil, stable operation from -40℃ to +180℃, anti-aging, and compression set ≤12%.
Strong resistance to working conditions: Vibration and impact resistant, suitable for harsh environments such as construction site dust, oil, and high and low temperatures. Static sealing pressure can reach 35–40 MPa, meeting the pressure requirements of hydraulic/gearbox systems.
Low maintenance cost: Easy installation, normal operating service life ≥2000 hours, reducing downtime for replacement and lowering overall maintenance costs.
Highly identifiable: The white appearance makes it easy to quickly distinguish specifications, avoiding incorrect installation and improving maintenance efficiency.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove and mating surfaces to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the sealing ring surface.
During installation, apply hydraulic oil/grease to the sealing ring, avoiding prying that could damage the lip. Ensure there is no twisting or stretching.
Tighten the bolts evenly diagonally (torque 25–45 N·m, according to the model manual) to prevent uneven stress on the mating surfaces.
Check the sealing surface for leaks every 500 hours, and replace the sealing ring every 1500–2000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: D21 specification sealing positions such as main pump flange face, gearbox housing mating surface, and hydraulic cylinder head/bottom, especially suitable for extreme operating conditions such as low temperatures in winter or high temperatures in summer.
Core benefits: Reduces oil loss by approximately 90%, lowers downtime due to leakage, and extends the lifespan of core components such as the main pump, gearbox, and cylinders by approximately 15%–20%.
