Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove and mating surfaces to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the sealing ring surface.
During installation, avoid twisting or stretching. After embedding into the groove, ensure even fit. For high-pressure areas, it is recommended to use a retaining ring to prevent extrusion.
Tighten the bolts symmetrically to the specified torque to avoid localized overpressure that could damage the sealing ring.
Check for leaks every 2000 hours and replace the sealing ring every 4000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
