Core Features
Reduction and Torque Boost: Meets with a pinion to achieve 5-8 times reduction and torque boost, matching the torque requirements of the bulldozer's travel mechanism and increasing working thrust.
Power Transmission: Stablely transmits power from the gearbox/steering clutch to the drive wheels, ensuring uniform speed and precise steering.
Load Bearing: Bears the impact loads and torsional stresses of the chassis drivetrain, distributing stress on the gear teeth and protecting the final drive housing and shaft system.
Positioning and Guiding:Features positioning stops and bolt hole sets to ensure coaxiality with the hub/housing ≤0.05 mm, preventing uneven wear and vibration.
Maintenance and Adaptability: Standardized interfaces facilitate quick disassembly and maintenance of core components such as the final drive and steering clutch.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: The outer diameter, number of teeth, module, and tooth profile of the gear ring are perfectly matched with the final drive pinion of the compatible model, allowing for direct replacement without any repairs.
High strength and fatigue resistance: Made of 20CrMnTi material, carburized and quenched, the tooth surface is resistant to pitting and wear, with a fatigue life ≥8000 hours.
Impact and deformation resistance: Integral cast steel structure with optimized tooth root fillets reduces stress concentration, suitable for heavy-duty impact conditions.
Smooth meshing and low noise: Tooth profile accuracy GB/T 10095 Grade 6, tooth direction tolerance ≤0.02 mm, meshing vibration ≤0.15 mm/s, noise ≤85 dB.
Long-term durability: Uniform carburized layer, good core toughness, impact and fracture resistance, suitable for long-term operation under harsh conditions.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the gear teeth, stop, and bolt holes, checking for cracks, broken teeth, deformation, and severe wear on the gear teeth.
Position according to the original manufacturer's markings, ensuring precise alignment of the stop. Tighten the bolts diagonally and evenly to the specified torque, avoiding uneven stress in certain areas.
After installation, check that the coaxiality is ≤0.05 mm, the meshing backlash is 0.2-0.4 mm, and there is no abnormal vibration or noise.
Every 2000 hours, check for gear tooth wear and bolt loosening. Address any wear exceeding 0.5 mm or bolt loosening immediately.
Change the gear oil regularly, maintaining an oil cleanliness level of NAS ≤8 to prevent impurities from damaging the gear teeth.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty, high-impact applications such as large-scale earthmoving, mining stripping, and operations in frozen soil.
Core Value: Ensures efficient power transmission through the chassis drive system, reduces gear wear and failure risks, and improves overall machine stability and reliability.
