After installation, it is seamlessly compatible with the shaft system and housing, ensuring transmission accuracy.
High Load Capacity and Fatigue Resistance: Utilizing SCM420 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel inner and outer rings + high-carbon chromium bearing steel rollers, quenched and tempered, with a rated dynamic load ≥85kN and a rated static load ≥120kN. It is impact-resistant, fatigue-resistant, and has a service life exceeding 3000 hours.
Low Friction and High Temperature Resistance: Employing a low-friction cage and high-temperature grease, the operating temperature is ≤120℃, and the coefficient of friction at high-speed rotation is ≤0.002, with no significant temperature rise or thermal decay, suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation.

For enhanced transmission system reliability, it is recommended to inspect and replace it simultaneously with the bushing and sealing ring.
