Core Features
Power Actuation: Converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to drive the blade lifting/tilting and the ripper lifting/swinging, achieving operational actions.
High Pressure Bearing: Withstands a rated pressure of 31.4 MPa, transmitting heavy-duty thrust (single-cylinder thrust up to 20–30 t), suitable for rock breaking and large-scale earthmoving operations.
Sealing and Leak Prevention: Integrates multi-layer seals (main seal + dust seal + guide belt) to prevent high-pressure oil leakage and the intrusion of external impurities.
Guidance and Positioning: Guide sleeves ensure linear movement of the piston/piston rod, avoiding uneven wear and improving smoothness and accuracy of operation.
Overload Protection: Adapts to the system's relief valve, automatically releasing pressure in case of overload, protecting the cylinder and hydraulic circuit.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: Cylinder bore, stroke, and mounting interface are fully compatible with D355/D455 hydraulic circuits, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High strength and fatigue resistance: 42CrMo cylinder barrel tensile strength ≥1080 MPa, inner wall hardening hardness HRC50–55, fatigue life ≥12000 hours.
High-pressure sealing and durability: Multi-layer composite seal (polyurethane + nitrile rubber), leakage ≤0.05 L/min, suitable for 35 MPa peak pressure.
Low friction and wear resistance: Honed cylinder inner wall + chrome-plated piston rod, friction coefficient ≤0.05, reducing wear and extending seal life.
Strong adaptability to operating conditions: Withstands temperatures from -20℃ to +110℃, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, suitable for humid/dusty/heavy-dust continuous operation.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the cylinder inner wall, sealing groove, and mounting surface. Inspect the cylinder for cracks/deformation and the seals for aging or damage.
Install according to the original factory markings, tightening bolts to specifications (torque 120–150 N·m), ensuring coaxiality and proper contact with the sealing surface.
After installation, check for leaks, smooth operation without jamming, stable hydraulic pressure (28–31.4 MPa), and no abnormal noise.
Every 2000 hours, check cylinder wear, seal condition, and oil cleanliness. Replace immediately if inner wall wear >0.1 mm or seal leakage occurs.
Regularly change the hydraulic oil and filter element, controlling the oil temperature ≤110℃ to prevent oil contamination leading to abnormal cylinder wear.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty continuous operations such as mine stripping, large-scale earthmoving and transportation, and rock crushing.
Core Value: Ensures efficient operation of the blade/ripper, improves motion accuracy and stability, reduces the risk of failure, and extends the overall machine's service life.
