Core Features
Hydraulic Connection: Connects hydraulic oil pipes to cylinders/pumps/valvees, establishing a high-pressure oil circuit channel to ensure hydraulic oil circulation and pressure transmission.
Sealing and Leak Prevention: Prevents high-pressure oil leakage through a sealing groove and O-ring/combination seal, suitable for a rated pressure of 31.4 MPa.
Positioning and Support: Stop-type positioning + bolt tightening ensures coaxial connection and prevents interface loosening caused by pipeline vibration.
Load Transfer: Withstands hydraulic shock and pipeline vibration, disperses interface stress, and protects cylinder/pump/valve interfaces.
Easy Maintenance: Standardized interfaces facilitate disassembly and maintenance, allowing for quick replacement of seals and pipelines.
Product Superiority
Original Equipment Manufacturer Precision Match: Flange dimensions, bolt hole positions, and sealing groove specifications are fully compatible with D355/D455 hydraulic systems, allowing for direct replacement without any repairs.
Reliable High-Pressure Sealing: Made of 35CrMo forged steel, with a tensile strength ≥980 MPa and a nitrided surface hardness HV≥800, suitable for a rated pressure of 31.4 MPa, with a leakage rate ≤0.01 L/min.
Impact and Vibration Resistance: Heat treatment enhances toughness; stop-gauge positioning and diagonal bolt tightening resist hydraulic shock and pipeline vibration, preventing loosening.
Temperature and Corrosion Resistance: Suitable for oil temperatures from -20℃ to +110℃, resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion, and suitable for heavy-duty continuous operation environments.
Efficient Installation: Standardized interfaces; bolts can be tightened to the specified torque, reducing installation difficulty and time.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the flange sealing surface, sealing groove, and bolt holes, checking for cracks, deformation, and signs of aging or damage to the seals.
During installation, position the seals according to the original factory markings, ensuring they are correctly inserted into the grooves. Tighten the bolts diagonally and evenly to the specified torque.
After installation, check for leaks, stable hydraulic pressure (28–31.4 MPa), and no abnormal vibration or noise.
Check the flange connection every 1500 hours. Replace any aged or leaking seals promptly, and retighten any loose bolts.
Avoid overpressure operation. Regularly change the hydraulic oil and filter element, and control the oil temperature to ≤110℃ to extend the life of the flange and seals.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: High-pressure hydraulic system applications such as mine stripping, large-scale earthmoving, and heavy-duty rock breaking.
Core Value: Ensures efficient power transmission from the hydraulic system, reduces leakage risks, and improves overall machine operating efficiency and stability.
