Core Features
Power Transmission: Transmits power from the gearbox to the main hydraulic pump, ensuring the pressure and flow output of the hydraulic system.
Speed Matching: Drives the main pump according to the gearbox output speed (1800–2000 rpm), adapting to the pump's rated speed.
Positioning and Centering: Positioned via bearing seats and keyways, ensuring coaxiality with the pump shaft/gearbox output end, resulting in high transmission accuracy.
Load Bearing: Withstands radial loads (≥80 kN) and torque impacts, adapting to power fluctuations under heavy-duty conditions.
Sealing and Protection: A sealing groove combined with an oil seal prevents hydraulic oil leakage and the ingress of external dust.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: Shaft diameter, keyway, and bearing positions are fully compatible with the D355 gearbox/main pump, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High strength and fatigue resistance: Forged from 42CrMo, tempered hardness 28–32 HRC, surface hardened hardness 45–50 HRC, torsional strength ≥1000 MPa, fatigue life ≥12000 hours.
High transmission accuracy: Radial runout ≤0.05 mm, cylindricity ≤0.03 mm, ensuring smooth power transmission and reducing vibration and noise.
Wear and corrosion resistant: Hard chrome plating (0.02–0.03 mm thickness) enhances wear resistance and rust prevention, suitable for harsh working conditions.
Easy installation: Keyway + positioning step design allows for quick assembly; no additional adjustment is needed for coaxiality and transmission clearance.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the shaft surface, keyway, and bearing seat, checking for cracks, deformation, and wear, and ensuring the keyway is undamaged.
Position the bearing according to the original manufacturer's markings. The key-keyway fit clearance should be 0.02–0.05 mm. Heat-fit the bearing (oil temperature 80–100℃) into its bearing seat.
After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.05 mm and axial runout ≤0.1 mm, with no abnormal vibration or noise.
Check the shaft surface wear and keyway fit condition every 2500 hours. Replace the bearing when wear exceeds 0.2 mm.
Regularly check the oil seal condition and replace it every 4000 hours to prevent leakage leading to oil loss and contamination.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty operations such as mine stripping, large-scale earthmoving, and long-term continuous work.
Core value: Ensures efficient power transmission, improves the response speed and operational efficiency of the hydraulic system, and reduces the risk of transmission failure.
