Core Features
Torque Transmission: Meets with the turbine output gear, transmitting the hydraulically converted power to the transmission, enabling the machine's driving and operational power output.
Torque Amplification: Under hydraulic torque converter operation, the torque is amplified 2-3 times during start-up/heavy loads through the synergistic action of the gear ring and guide wheel.
Smoothness and Buffering: The hydraulic transmission characteristics, combined with the precise meshing of the gear ring, absorb the impact loads from the engine and transmission system, ensuring smooth power delivery.
Speed Matching: Adapts to the speed difference between the torque converter pump impeller and turbine, achieving efficient power conversion and reducing energy loss.
Positioning and Support: Positioned with the turbine hub via internal splines/bolts, ensuring coaxiality and preventing uneven wear and vibration.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: The number of teeth, module, and tooth profile are fully compatible with the D355/D455 torque converter turbine output teeth, allowing for direct replacement without any repairs.
High strength and impact resistance: Made of 20CrMnTi forged material, with a tensile strength ≥1100 MPa, the tooth surface is carburized and quenched, providing impact and wear resistance, suitable for heavy-duty operating conditions.
Precise meshing and low noise: Tooth profile accuracy GB 6 grade, tooth surface roughness Ra≤0.8 μm, meshing noise ≤85 dB, improving transmission smoothness.
Long-lasting wear resistance: Carburized layer depth 1.2-1.8 mm, core toughness ≥90 J/cm², fatigue and pitting resistance, extending service life.
Strong adaptability to operating conditions: Withstands high temperatures up to 110℃, resistant to oil corrosion, suitable for the harsh environment of bulldozers operating under heavy loads continuously.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the gear ring teeth, internal splines, and mounting surface, checking for pitting, cracks, and chipped teeth, and ensuring the splines are undamaged.
Position the gear ring according to the original factory markings, precisely mate it with the turbine hub using the internal splines, and tighten the bolts diagonally to the specified torque (180-220 N·m).
After installation, check that the coaxiality is ≤0.05 mm, the meshing clearance is 0.2-0.3 mm, and the torque converter operates without abnormal vibration or noise.
Every 2500 hours, check the tooth surface wear and spline fit. Replace the gear ring immediately if tooth surface wear is >0.3 mm or severe pitting is observed.
Regularly change the torque converter oil and filter element, controlling the oil temperature ≤110℃ to prevent oil contamination that could lead to abnormal wear of the gear ring.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Continuous operation requiring high torque output, such as mine stripping, large-scale earthmoving, and heavy-load starting.
Core Value: Ensures efficient power transmission from the hydraulic torque converter, improves the overall heavy-load performance and operating efficiency, reduces the risk of transmission system failure, and extends the overall machine's service life.
