Original Factory Precise Fit: Manufactured according to Komatsu original drawings, the steel back curvature, rivet hole positions, and mounting lug distance are perfectly matched to the D355's overall braking system, requiring no modification and providing seamless compatibility with the brake cylinder and brake drum after installation.
High Wear and High Temperature Resistance: The friction pads use a copper-based alloy formula containing tin, graphite, etc., with a friction coefficient ≥0.42 at room temperature and high temperature resistance up to 350℃, ensuring no heat fade during continuous braking. The steel back is made of 45# tempered steel, resistant to deformation and fatigue, with a service life of over 2500 hours.
Rapid Braking Response:The friction pads and steel back are bonded using a high-temperature vulcanization process, eliminating the risk of detachment. During braking, the contact area is ≥95%, resulting in fast and linear braking force transmission, improving operational controllability.
Low Maintenance Costs:Easy installation, no special tools required; uniform wear of the friction pads can be compensated for by adjusting the lever stroke, extending the replacement cycle and reducing downtime maintenance costs.
High adaptability to working conditions: It is suitable for heavy-duty and dusty working environments such as mines, water conservancy, and infrastructure. It is resistant to oil and moisture, and its braking performance is not affected by harsh working conditions.

Especially suitable for working conditions with high braking loads such as long downhill slopes and frequent turns. It is a key wear part to ensure the safety and efficiency of the whole machine.
