Core Features
Rotary shaft leak prevention: The main sealing lip and self-tightening spring grip the rotating shaft, preventing gear oil/hydraulic oil leakage along the shaft and maintaining system oil pressure and lubrication.
Dust protection: The secondary lip prevents construction dust, sand, mud, and water from entering the sealing surface, avoiding wear between the shaft and lip.
Compensation and adaptation: The spring automatically compensates for lip wear and shaft runout, adapting to vibration and eccentric conditions under heavy loads.
Temperature adaptation: The elastic lip maintains sealing tension at oil temperatures ranging from -30℃ to +100℃, preventing failure due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: Dimensions perfectly match the mounting groove and shaft diameter tolerances, allowing for direct replacement without adjustment and eliminating leakage due to deviation.
Reliable materials: Nitrile rubber (NBR) is resistant to mineral oil/hydraulic oil, the metal skeleton resists deformation, and a self-tightening spring maintains continuous clamping force.
Strong operating conditions: Stable sealing under linear speeds ≤5 m/s and pressures ≤0.05 MPa, suitable for heavy-duty rotating conditions.
Maintenance-friendly: Easy installation, normal operating life ≥2000 hours, reducing downtime for replacements.
High compatibility: Compatible with high-quality aftermarket parts, allowing for more flexible procurement and inventory.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing surface and bolt holes to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the sealing layer.
During installation, align the gasket with the positioning holes and place it evenly, avoiding twisting, to ensure full contact between the sealing layer and the mating surface.
Tighten the bolts symmetrically in stages to the specified torque, avoiding localized overpressure that could damage the gasket.
Check for leaks every 2000 hours and replace the gasket every 3000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Rotary sealing locations such as gearbox input/output shafts, final drive input shafts, and hydraulic pump drive shafts; suitable for dusty, heavy-duty environments in mining and infrastructure projects.
Core Value: Reduces oil leakage by approximately 98%, lowers component wear and maintenance costs, and extends the lifespan of transmission/hydraulic systems by approximately 20%–25%.
