Core Features
Static sealing and leak prevention: The metal frame ensures rigidity, while the rubber layer fills the tiny gaps at the mating surfaces, preventing internal transmission fluid leakage and the intrusion of external dust.
Media isolation: Isolates transmission fluid from external air/impurities, preventing oil contamination, oxidation, and component corrosion.
Temperature adaptability: Compatible with transmission fluid temperatures of 80–100℃, it does not age or fail over long-term use.
Vibration damping: The rubber layer absorbs vibrations from the transmission system, preventing seal failure caused by loosening of the mating surfaces.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: Dimensions perfectly match bolt hole positions and mating surface tolerances, allowing for direct replacement without adjustment and eliminating assembly deviations that could lead to leaks.
Reliable materials: The metal frame is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the sealing layer is made of nitrile rubber (NBR), resistant to mineral oil, wear, and aging, suitable for gearbox operating conditions.
Stable sealing: The rubber layer has a high compression resilience, resisting plastic deformation over long-term use, with a static seal life of ≥3000 hours.
Easy installation: Equipped with positioning holes, it can be easily installed by simply inserting it, requiring no special tools and reducing replacement difficulty.
Cost-friendly: Moderate unit price, low inventory and maintenance costs, ensuring stable operation of the transmission system.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing surface and bolt holes to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the sealing layer.
During installation, align the gasket with the positioning holes and place it evenly, avoiding twisting, to ensure full contact between the sealing layer and the mating surface.
Tighten the bolts symmetrically in stages to the specified torque, avoiding localized overpressure that could damage the gasket.
Check for leaks every 2000 hours and replace the gasket every 3000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Static sealing surfaces of transmission systems such as gearboxes and torque converters; suitable for heavy-duty, high-vibration, and dusty operating environments.
Core benefits: Prevents transmission oil leakage, protects transmission components, extends gear and bearing life, and reduces downtime maintenance costs.
