Core Features
Bypass Circulation: During cold starts, guides coolant back to the engine without passing through the radiator, achieving rapid warm-up.
Idle Cooling: Under low load, the bypass regulates flow to prevent excessive radiator cooling and maintain a constant engine temperature.
Heat Supply: When connected to a heater, provides warm air to the cab, suitable for low-temperature operating environments.
Flexible Connection: Absorbs engine vibration and thermal expansion/contraction (axial compensation ±10 mm), preventing breakage of rigid connections.
Sealing and Leak Prevention: Sealing lips at both ends + clamps secure the seal, preventing coolant leakage and reducing losses and environmental pollution.
Product Superiority
Original Factory Precise Fit: Length, pipe diameter, and connector angle are perfectly matched to D65/D85 cooling systems, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High Temperature Resistance and Aging Resistance: The EPDM inner layer is resistant to coolant corrosion over long periods, with no swelling or cracking, and a lifespan of ≥3000 hours.
Low Pressure Fatigue Resistance: The reinforced layer exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, suitable for low-pressure, high-frequency circulation in bypass circuits, and is not prone to bulging or breakage.
Durable Sealing: Galvanized steel connectors + dedicated clamps ensure reliable sealing with a leakage rate of <0.05%, suitable for bumpy operations.
Convenient Maintenance: Integrated design allows for on-site replacement in just 10-15 minutes, minimizing downtime.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, check the hose for signs of aging, bulging, and cracks. Ensure the connectors are clean and free of rust. Apply coolant to lubricate the sealing lips.
After aligning the connectors, tighten the clamps to a torque of 6-10 N·m. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the hose or undertightening to prevent leaks.
Check the clamp tightness and for leaks every 200 hours. Replace the hose every 1500 hours or 1 year to prevent aging and failure.
Avoid contact between the hose and high-temperature components (such as the exhaust manifold). Maintain a distance of ≥40 mm to prevent burns.
After startup, purge all air to ensure smooth circulation in the bypass/heater circuit. Avoid air resistance that can cause slow warm-up or insufficient heating.
Suitable Scenarios and Value
Suitable Scenarios: Heavy-duty, dusty, and temperature-varying working conditions such as mines, earthmoving, and wetlands, as well as operations in low-temperature areas.
Core Value: Improves cold start efficiency, reduces fuel consumption and wear, ensures cab comfort and continuous machine operation, and minimizes downtime losses.
