Core Features
Medium sealing: Prevents leakage of hydraulic oil and gear oil between the shaft/cylinder and the housing, maintaining system pressure and ensuring the accuracy of power transmission and actuator operation.
Dust and dirt prevention: The outer dust lip prevents construction dust, sand, mud, and water from entering the sealing surface, avoiding wear between the seal and the shaft surface.
Buffering and shock absorption: The elastic lip absorbs vibration impact, reducing local stress on the sealing surface, suitable for heavy-load, high-frequency vibration conditions of bulldozers.
Temperature adaptation: Maintains the elasticity of the sealing lip under oil temperature fluctuations, preventing seal failure due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Product Superiority
Precise Original Fit: The sealing lip diameter, compression capacity, and mounting groove perfectly match the machine design, allowing for direct replacement without adjustment and eliminating leaks caused by dimensional deviations.
Superior Material Performance:The nitrile rubber (NBR) base material is resistant to mineral oil/hydraulic oil and has a temperature range of -30℃ to +100℃; the metal skeleton enhances rigidity, resisting extrusion and deformation.
Strong Working Condition Resistance: The lip has a wear-resistant coating, maintaining sealing tension under high pressure (≤35 MPa) and high speed (≤5 m/s rotation/reciprocating) conditions, making it suitable for heavy-duty operations.
Low Maintenance Costs: Easy installation and a normal operating service life of ≥2500 hours reduce downtime for replacements and lower overall maintenance costs.
Good Compatibility: Compatible with both original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and high-quality aftermarket replacement parts, allowing for more flexible procurement and inventory management.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove and shaft/cylinder surface to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the sealing lip.
During installation, use a special tool for guidance to avoid twisting, stretching, or prying, which could damage the lip; the lip edge should face the medium side.
The shaft surface must be smooth (Ra≤0.8 μm), free of scratches and rust. If necessary, apply a small amount of cleaning hydraulic oil to assist installation.
Check for seal leakage every 800 hours and replace the seal every 2000–2500 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: gearbox output shaft, final drive input shaft, hydraulic cylinder piston rod/cylinder seals, especially suitable for heavy-duty, dusty working environments such as mines and infrastructure projects.
Core benefits: Reduces oil leakage by approximately 98%, lowers the risk of power loss and component wear due to seal failure, and extends the lifespan of gearboxes, final drives, and hydraulic cylinders by approximately 20%–25%.
