Core Features
Variable Angle Transmission: Enables non-coaxial power transmission between the gearbox and final drive, adapting to frame deformation and installation angle deviations.
Torque Transmission: Transmits the high torque output from the gearbox to drive the tracks, suitable for bulldozing, steering, and other operating conditions.
Shock Absorption and Vibration Reduction: Absorbs shocks and vibrations from the transmission system, reducing component fatigue damage and lowering transmission noise.
Sealing and Protection: A combination of dust covers and oil seals prevents grease leakage and the intrusion of dust and moisture, protecting the needle roller bearings.
Quick Replacement: A modular design allows for direct replacement of damaged universal joints, shortening maintenance time.
Product Superiority
Original Factory Precision Fit: The cross shaft journal and bearing specifications are perfectly matched to the universal joint fork, allowing for direct installation without any modifications.
High Wear and Impact Resistance: The cross shaft undergoes quenching treatment, resulting in high surface hardness. Pre-lubricated and sealed needle roller bearings with a clearance ≤0.05 mm provide excellent impact and vibration resistance, reducing abnormal noise.
Reliable and Durable Sealing: Double protection with NBR oil seals and dust covers ensures suitability for dusty and muddy conditions, with an oil leakage rate <0.1%.
High Torque Load Capacity: A single needle roller bearing can carry ≥12 kN, and the overall rated torque is ≥7000 N・m, meeting heavy-duty requirements.
Integrated Maintenance: Pre-installed needle roller bearings, oil seals, snap rings, etc., allow for on-site replacement in just 0.5-1 hour, reducing maintenance costs.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, verify the universal joint fork phase to ensure smooth power transmission and avoid vibration.
Inspect the cross shaft and bearings for damage and the oil seal for deformation. Apply grease before installation.
Use retaining rings to secure the bearings and prevent axial movement; tighten bolts to the specified torque to prevent loosening.
Inspect the dust cover and seals every 800 hours. Replace the assembly immediately if any damage is found.
Avoid heavy-load starts and frequent emergency stops to reduce universal joint impact and extend its service life.
Suitable scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty, dusty, and high-vibration working conditions such as mine stripping, large-scale earthmoving, and wetland operations.
Core Value: Reduces the risk of transmission system failure, minimizes downtime, and improves overall machine efficiency and reliability.
