Core Features
Rigid Power Transmission: Connects the final drive, steering clutch, and driveshaft, transmitting high-torque power to ensure stable power output for both travel and steering.
Precise Positioning: Dual positioning using a stop and bolts ensures coaxiality of transmission components ≤0.05 mm, preventing uneven wear and vibration.
Load Bearing: Withstands impact loads and torsional stresses from the chassis drivetrain, distributing stress across the interfaces and protecting the housing and shaft ends.
Sealing Protection: Features a sealing groove and O-ring to prevent mud, water, and dust from entering the transmission components, suitable for harsh outdoor conditions.
Easy Maintenance: Standardized interfaces facilitate quick disassembly and maintenance of core components such as the final drive and steering clutch.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: The flange outer diameter, stop size, and bolt hole positions are perfectly matched to the D355/D455 chassis transmission components, allowing for direct replacement without any repairs.
High strength and torsional resistance: Made of 42CrMo forged steel, with a tensile strength ≥1080 MPa and a torsional strength ≥800 MPa, suitable for heavy-duty impact conditions.
Vibration and loosening resistance: Stop positioning + diagonal bolt fastening provides vibration and impact resistance, preventing loosening of connections due to long-term operation.
Long-lasting durability: Heat treatment ensures core toughness, and the contact surface nitriding hardness HV≥700 provides wear resistance and corrosion resistance, extending service life.
Reliable sealing: The sealing groove is compatible with standard O-rings, with an IP65 protection rating, preventing mud and water intrusion and ensuring the cleanliness of transmission components.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the flange face, stop, and bolt holes, checking for cracks, deformation, and signs of aging or damage to the seals.
Position the seals according to the original manufacturer's markings, ensuring they are correctly seated. Tighten the bolts diagonally and evenly to the specified torque, avoiding uneven stress in certain areas.
After installation, check that the coaxiality is ≤0.05 mm, there is no abnormal vibration, and there is no leakage or dust intrusion at the seals.
Check the flange connection every 2000 hours. Retighten any loose bolts promptly, and replace any aged seals.
Avoid using excessive torque. Clean the interfaces regularly to prevent corrosion and wear caused by mud and water accumulation.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Heavy-duty, high-impact applications such as mining stripping, large-scale earthmoving, and frozen soil operations.
Core Value: Ensures efficient power transmission through the chassis drive system, reduces the risk of loose connections and malfunctions, and improves the overall stability and reliability of the machine.
