Core Features
Reciprocating Seal: The main sealing lip adheres to the cylinder/rod wall under high pressure, preventing internal and external leakage of hydraulic oil and maintaining system pressure and operational accuracy.
Dust Protection: The secondary lip prevents construction dust, sand, mud, and water from entering the sealing surface, avoiding scratches and wear on the cylinder/piston rod.
Pressure Adaptation: The sealing force automatically increases with system pressure, adapting to high-pressure conditions from 0–35 MPa and preventing pressure breakdown.
Friction Optimization: The support ring isolates the sealing lip from the metal surface, reducing reciprocating friction resistance and minimizing energy consumption and heat generation.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision fit: Dimensions and groove tolerances are perfectly matched to cylinder/rod diameter tolerances, allowing for direct replacement without adjustment and eliminating assembly deviations that could lead to leaks.
Reliable materials: The main seal is made of nitrile rubber (NBR)/polyurethane (PU), and the support ring is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), resistant to hydraulic oil, wear, and aging.
High pressure compatibility: Rated working pressure up to 35 MPa, suitable for high-pressure conditions in bulldozer hydraulic systems.
Long service life: ≥2500 hours under normal operating conditions, reducing the frequency of cylinder disassembly and replacement.
Maintenance-friendly: Easy installation; modular structure simplifies the sealing system and reduces maintenance complexity.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the cylinder barrel, piston rod, and grooves to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the sealing lip.
During installation, use a special tool for guidance to avoid twisting/stretching. Ensure the sealing lip faces the pressure side and apply clean hydraulic oil to aid installation.
The surface roughness Ra of the cylinder barrel/piston rod should be ≤0.4 μm, free of scratches/rust, to prevent rapid wear of the sealing lip.
Check for leaks every 1000 hours and replace the sealing lip every 2500 hours to prevent aging and failure.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable scenarios: Reciprocating seals for hydraulic cylinders and static seals for valve bodies, suitable for heavy-duty, high-frequency operating environments in mining and infrastructure.
Core value: Reduces hydraulic oil leakage by approximately 98%, reduces component wear and energy consumption, extends cylinder life by approximately 25%–30%, and lowers maintenance costs.
