Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the grooves and mating surfaces to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the seal surface.
During installation, avoid twisting or stretching. Apply clean hydraulic oil to the seal and groove to aid installation and reduce friction.
Control the pre-compression amount between 15% and 30%. Excessive pre-compression can lead to permanent deformation, while insufficient pre-compression will affect the sealing effect.
Check for leakage at the sealing points every 1000 hours and replace the seal every 2000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
