Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the sealing groove and mating surface to remove burrs, oil, and impurities to avoid scratching the O-ring surface.
During installation, avoid twisting or stretching. After embedding into the groove, ensure even fit. For high-pressure areas, it is recommended to use a retaining ring to prevent extrusion.
Tighten the bolts symmetrically to the specified torque to avoid localized overpressure that could damage the O-ring.
Check for leaks every 2000 hours and replace the O-ring every 4000 hours to prevent aging and failure.
