Core Features
Power Input: Connects to the engine flywheel, converting crankshaft torque into hydraulic fluid kinetic energy to drive the turbine rotation and transmit power.
Hydraulic Drive: High-speed rotation generates high-pressure, high-speed hydraulic fluid, which flows through a channel to impact the turbine blades, achieving power transmission.
Flexible Buffering: Hydraulic transmission buffers shocks and vibrations, protecting the engine and transmission system, and adapting to frequent start-stop/load change conditions.
Overload Protection: When the load is too high, the fluid slips, preventing engine stalling and damage to transmission components.
Sealing and Leak Prevention: A sealing ring prevents hydraulic fluid leakage, ensuring stable torque converter volumetric efficiency and operating pressure.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: Blade angle, flow channel size, and hub positioning are fully compatible with the D375A-6 torque converter/flywheel, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High strength and fatigue resistance: Made of ZL109 cast steel (hardness 32–38 HRC), resistant to impact and deformation, with a fatigue life ≥10,000 hours.
High-efficiency energy transfer: Optimized radial blades + arc-shaped flow channel achieve energy transfer efficiency ≥85%, reducing power loss and improving operational efficiency.
Flexible transmission protection system: Hydraulic buffer ensures smooth power transmission, automatically slipping under overload to protect the engine and transmission components, reducing malfunctions.
Durable sealing: Metal sealing ring + flange positioning ensures leakage ≤0.2 L/min, suitable for high-temperature conditions up to 110℃, and has a long maintenance cycle.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the pump impeller, hub, and sealing surfaces. Inspect the blades for cracks/deformation and the sealing rings for aging or damage.
Install according to the original factory markings. Tighten the flange bolts to specifications (torque 80–90 N·m) to ensure coaxiality.
After installation, check for smooth rotation, stable torque converter pressure (1.8–2.5 MPa), and no leakage or abnormal noise.
Every 2000 hours, check the pump impeller wear, sealing condition, and oil cleanliness. Replace the pump immediately if blade wear is >0.5 mm or if there is sealing leakage.
Regularly change the hydraulic oil and filter element, and control the oil temperature ≤110℃ to prevent oil deterioration that could lead to abnormal pump impeller wear.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: High-load conditions such as mine stripping, large-scale earthmoving and transportation, and long-term continuous operation.
Core Value: Ensures efficient and flexible power transmission, protects the transmission system, reduces failure rate, extends the overhaul cycle of the entire machine, and improves operational efficiency.
