Core Features
Power Transmission: Rigidly connecting the turbine and transmission input shaft, it transmits the amplified torque from the torque converter (maximum torque ratio ≈ 3.0) to the transmission without loss, suitable for heavy-load start-up and efficient lock-up conditions.
Radial/Axial Positioning: Double-row tapered roller bearings provide radial support and axial positioning, controlling the radial runout of the turbine/shaft to ≤0.05 mm, ensuring rotational accuracy.
Sealing and Leak Prevention: A double-lip skeleton oil seal isolates the torque converter oil from the transmission oil, preventing oil cross-contamination and leakage, and maintaining stable system oil pressure.
Overload Protection: The shaft shoulder and locating ring work together to limit axial movement, buffer power impacts, and protect the turbine and transmission input components.
Thermal Management Adaptation: Compatible with water-cooled torque converters, resistant to oil temperature fluctuations, and with bearing grease and oil passage design, reduces heat loss during high-speed rotation.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: Shaft diameter tolerances and spline parameters are fully compatible with the D375-6 turbine/gearbox input shaft; spline tooth profile accuracy is GB 6 grade, direct replacement without repair.
High strength and fatigue resistance: Forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, journal hardened (hardness 52–56 HRC), torsional strength ≥1200 MPa, fatigue life ≥12000 hours.
Reliable and durable bearings: Double-row tapered roller bearings (SKF/NSK original equipment), rated dynamic load ≥280 kN, suitable for high-speed heavy-load rotation, low failure rate.
Long-lasting seal: Double-lip skeleton oil seal (fluororubber material), temperature resistant from -40℃ to 120℃, prevents oil film rupture, seal life ≥8000 hours.
Easy installation: High positioning stop and thread precision, bearing preload and oil seal installation are in place, no additional clearance adjustment is required after assembly.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the journals, splines, and bearings. Check the shaft for cracks/deformation, ensure the oil seal is undamaged, and verify that the bearings rotate freely.
Tighten the lock nut to the specified torque, using the locking washer to prevent loosening during high-speed rotation.
After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.05 mm, axial runout ≤0.03 mm, and no abnormal noise.
Check the torque converter oil temperature and seal condition every 2000 hours. If the oil temperature is abnormal or there is leakage, investigate for shaft assembly failure.
Regularly change the torque converter oil (API CI 4 or higher) and perform filter maintenance to prevent oil contamination leading to bearing wear and oil seal aging.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Mining stripping, heavy-duty uphill climbing, and large-scale earthmoving operations requiring high torque transmission and stable power connection.
Core Value: Ensures uninterrupted power transmission between the torque converter and gearbox, improving overall machine traction and operating efficiency, and reducing the risk of transmission system failure.
