Core Features
Guide Wheel Assembly Positioning: The guide wheel and one-way clutch are positioned using a stop and keyway to ensure coaxiality between the guide wheel and the pump wheel/turbine (radial runout ≤0.05 mm).
Radial/Axial Support: Bears the radial load (≥150 kN) and axial thrust of the guide wheel and one-way clutch, preventing guide wheel wobble and movement.
One-Way Lock-Up Adaptor: Fits the outer ring of the one-way clutch for secure locking/unlocking, ensuring precise locking/unlocking action with a response time ≤0.2 s.
Oil Seal Isolation:An oil seal with a sealing groove is installed to prevent torque converter oil leakage and maintain stable system oil pressure.
Thermal Management Adaptor:Adapts to a water-cooled torque converter, reducing shaft and bearing temperature rise and ensuring reliable continuous operation.
Product Superiority
Original factory precision matching: Shaft diameter tolerances and keyway positions are fully compatible with the guide wheel/one-way clutch, allowing for direct replacement without repair.
High strength and fatigue resistance: Forged from 40Cr alloy steel, journal hardened (hardness 45–50 HRC), torsional strength ≥900 MPa, fatigue life ≥12000 hours.
High positioning accuracy: Stop coaxiality tolerance ≤0.02 mm, keyway symmetry ≤0.03 mm, ensuring concentricity between the guide wheel and pump wheel/turbine.
Reliable sealing design: Double sealing grooves are provided for double-lip oil seals, preventing oil leakage and suitable for high-pressure torque converter operation.
Easy installation: Precise positioning of the stop and bolt holes allows for direct assembly of the guide wheel assembly without additional clearance adjustments.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the journal, keyway, and seal groove. Inspect the shaft for cracks/deformation and ensure the oil seal mounting groove is undamaged.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque and use the locating key to secure the guide wheel, ensuring accurate circumferential positioning.
After installation, check that the radial runout of the guide wheel is ≤0.05 mm and that the one-way clutch locks/unlocks smoothly.
Check the torque converter oil temperature and seal condition every 2000 hours. If the oil temperature is abnormal or there is an oil leak, troubleshoot the shaft assembly.
Regularly change the torque converter oil (API CI 4 or higher) to prevent oil contamination that can lead to journal wear and oil seal aging.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable scenarios: Suitable for applications requiring stable support and unidirectional locking of the guide rollers, such as mine stripping, heavy-duty uphill climbing, and large-scale earthmoving.
Core value: Ensures stable operation of the guide roller assembly, improves torque converter torque amplification efficiency, and reduces the risk of transmission system failure.
