Core Features
Position Detection and Limiting: Accurately detects the end point of the stroke of actuators such as blades and rippers, triggering stop/reversal signals to prevent overtravel damage to structural components or the hydraulic system.
Safety Interlock Protection: Interlocks with the parking brake and operating handle, allowing the mechanism to operate only when safety conditions are met (such as brake release), preventing accidents caused by misoperation.
Signal Transmission and Loop Control: Converts mechanical position signals into electrical signals and feeds them back to the controller, enabling automatic action switching and alarm prompts, ensuring the system operates according to preset logic.
Overload Protection Interlock: Works with the controller to cut off power when the mechanism jams or the load is abnormal, protecting core components such as cylinders, pumps, and valves.
Product Superiority
Original Factory Precise Fit:The mounting holes and trigger stroke are perfectly matched to the model design, allowing for direct replacement without modification or adjustment, eliminating signal deviation and false triggering.
High Reliability: Metal housing + sealed structure, IP67 protection rating, resistant to dust, oil, vibration, and extreme operating conditions from -40℃ to +85℃.
Long Lifespan and Fast Response: Rated contact life ≥ 1 million cycles, mechanical response time ≤ 10 ms, reducing failure and maintenance frequency.
Safety Redundancy Design: Normally closed/normally open dual contact configuration supports fault diagnosis and backup circuit switching, enhancing system safety.
Easy Maintenance: Anti-loosening design of the wiring terminals, installation without special tools, quick replacement in case of failure, reducing downtime.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the mounting surface to ensure the switch is securely fixed and that the trigger rod and actuator are free from jamming or excessive clearance.
When wiring, connect according to polarity, tightening the terminals with a torque of 2–3 N·m. Protect the wiring harness to prevent squeezing and wear.
During commissioning, calibrate the trigger stroke (error ≤ ±1 mm) to ensure accurate triggering without delay or malfunction.
Check the switch's fixation, trigger sensitivity, and wiring connections every 500 hours. Replace the switches every 2000 hours to prevent contact oxidation or spring fatigue.
Fit scenarios and value
Suitable for: Overtravel protection for the blade lift, ripper position detection, parking brake interlock, and safety limit switches on the operating handle, especially suitable for heavy-duty and complex working conditions such as mining and infrastructure projects.
Core Value: Reduces downtime due to overtravel and misoperation by approximately 60%, minimizes the risk of damage to structural components and the hydraulic system, and improves overall machine operational safety.
