Product Advantages
1. OEM Precision Matching Produced in strict accordance with Komatsu SAA4D107E engine's original factory drawings and tolerance standards, the overall size, sealing lip shape and mounting holes are highly matched with component mating surfaces. No secondary processing is required for installation, reducing assembly difficulty and adaptation risks.
2. Reinforced Structure for Stability Key stress parts adopt metal skeleton reinforcement design, which effectively prevents the gasket from deformation, extrusion damage and aging cracking under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, and improves the overall structural stability of the gasket.
3. High-quality Durable Material Selected high-purity NBR with excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and anti-aging performance for conventional working conditions; the optional FKM version is specially optimized for high-temperature and strong corrosion working conditions, with a service life extended by more than 30% compared with ordinary gaskets.
4. Strong Harsh Working Condition Adaptability Passed professional tests of dust resistance, continuous vibration, temperature cycle and medium corrosion. The sealing performance remains stable in construction sites, mines and other harsh environments, fully adapting to the high-intensity operation requirements of engineering machinery.
5. High Cost Performance Product performance is close to Komatsu original accessories with a more favorable procurement price; it effectively reduces downtime losses caused by gasket failure and lowers the overall operation and maintenance cost of users, while improving the attendance rate of engineering machinery.
Installation & Maintenance Tips
1. Clean the sealing mating surface and installation position before installation, remove oil stains, rust, residual glue and old gasket residues to ensure the surface is flat and free of obvious scratches and burrs.
2. Avoid twisting, folding and scratching the gasket during installation; align the mounting holes with the component holes accurately and install in the correct direction (follow the marking if any).
3. Apply a small amount of clean engine oil on the sealing lip for auxiliary installation to ensure the gasket is fully attached to the mating surface without gaps; fasten the fixing bolts in diagonal sequence according to the specified torque in the engine manual to avoid uneven stress and gasket damage.
4. Do not reuse the old gasket after disassembly, as the rubber layer will lose elasticity and cause sealing failure; replace it with a new one in time during engine maintenance.
5. Regularly check the sealing status of the gasket, and replace it in time if aging, cracking, deformation, delamination or medium leakage is found at the sealing position to avoid the expansion of engine faults.
