Installation & Maintenance Tips
1. Clean the bushing installation hole and mating shaft surface before installation, remove oil stains, rust, burrs, impurities and old seal residues, and ensure the mating surface is smooth, flat and free of obvious scratches.
2. Install the bushing in the correct direction according to the marking (if any), avoid reverse installation; press the bushing into the installation hole evenly with a special press and positioning tool, do not strike hard to prevent bushing deformation, cracking or damage to the mating surface.
3. Ensure the lubricating oil passage and oil groove (if any) are unobstructed before starting the engine, and pre-lubricate the bushing inner surface with engine oil to form an initial oil film and avoid dry friction during cold start.
4. After installation, check the coaxiality and rotation flexibility of the mating shaft and bushing, ensure there is no jamming or abnormal friction; fasten the related fixing components according to the specified torque in the SAA6D107E engine manual.
5. Regularly check the engine oil quality, oil level and lubrication status of the bushing installation position; replace the lubricating oil and oil filter according to the maintenance cycle.
