Core Functions
Dust & Corrosion ProtectionIsolates external dust, sediment and other impurities from entering the engine's internal sealing positions, avoiding abrasive damage to precision hydraulic and engine components; resists the corrosion of oil, coolant and exhaust gas on the gasket and surrounding metal parts, extending the service life of related heavy-duty engine components.
Strong Vibration Buffering & Gap CompensationUtilizes the excellent elasticity of premium rubber materials to buffer the strong continuous vibration generated during the operation of medium & large engineering machinery, reducing the looseness of sealing joints caused by mechanical vibration; automatically compensates the micro gaps of mating surfaces caused by machining, assembly errors and thermal expansion, maintaining long-term reliable sealing effect.
Full-surface Sealing ConsistencyAdopts one-piece integral molding process with no joints or air bubbles, ensuring uniform elasticity of the whole gasket surface. The optimized curved sealing lip design is closely attached to the mating surface without dead angles, realizing all-round effective sealing and avoiding local leakage at key sealing positions of the heavy-duty engine.
Product Advantages
1. OEM Standard High-precision Matching: Produced in strict accordance with Komatsu SAA6D107E engine's original factory drawings and tolerance standards, the overall size, sealing lip shape and mounting hole position are perfectly matched with component mating surfaces. No secondary processing is required for installation, reducing assembly difficulty and adaptation risks, and improving the maintenance efficiency of heavy-duty engineering machinery.
2. Reinforced Heavy-duty Structure for Super Stability: Key stress parts adopt thickened high-strength metal skeleton reinforcement design, which effectively prevents the gasket from deformation, extrusion damage and aging cracking under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, and greatly improves the overall structural stability and anti-fatigue performance of the gasket.
3. High-quality Durable Material for Heavy Loads: Selected high-purity NBR with excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and anti-aging performance for conventional heavy-duty working conditions; the optional FKM version is specially optimized for extreme high-temperature and strong corrosion working conditions, with a service life extended by more than 35% compared with ordinary gaskets, significantly reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement.
4. Super Strong Adaptability to Harsh Working Conditions: Passed professional performance tests such as dust resistance, continuous strong vibration, temperature cycle and medium corrosion. The sealing performance remains stable in harsh working environments such as open-pit mines, large construction sites and field operations, fully adapting to the high-intensity and continuous operation requirements of Komatsu medium & large engineering machinery.
5. High Cost Performance & Easy Replacement: Product performance is close to Komatsu original accessories with a more favorable procurement price; the compact and lightweight structure is easy to install and disassemble without special tools, shortening the maintenance and replacement time of heavy-duty equipment, reducing expensive downtime loss and lowering the overall operation and maintenance cost of users.
Installation & Maintenance Tips
1. Clean the sealing mating surface and installation position before installation, remove oil stains, rust, residual glue and old gasket residues, and ensure the surface is flat and free of obvious scratches, dents and burrs.
2. Avoid twisting, folding and scratching the gasket during installation; align the mounting holes with the component holes accurately and install in the correct direction according to the marking (if any).
3. Apply a small amount of clean engine oil on the sealing lip for auxiliary installation to ensure the gasket is fully attached to the mating surface without gaps; fasten the fixing bolts in diagonal sequence according to the specified torque in the engine manual to avoid uneven stress and gasket damage.
4. Do not reuse the old gasket after disassembly, as the rubber layer will lose elasticity and cause irreversible sealing failure; replace it with a new one in time during engine maintenance and overhaul.
5. Regularly check the sealing status of the gasket, and replace it in time if aging, cracking, deformation, delamination or medium leakage is found at the sealing position to avoid the expansion of engine faults and reduce subsequent high maintenance costs.
