PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Installation & Maintenance Tips

2. Install the belt on the pulleys in strict accordance with the engine's belt routing diagram, ensure the belt is properly seated in the pulley grooves without deviation; adjust the tension of the tension pulley to the specified value in the engine manual (no excessive tightness).

3. Check the coaxiality of all pulleys after installation, ensure there is no offset or misalignment, and rotate the belt by hand to confirm smooth operation without jamming or abnormal noise.

4. Regularly inspect the belt for signs of damage such as cracking, peeling, fraying and oil soaking during daily maintenance; check and adjust the belt tension in time (recheck after the first 50 hours of use).

5. Replace the belt in time if any damage or excessive elongation is found; it is recommended to replace the tension pulley and idler pulley at the same time when replacing the belt to ensure the normal operation of the entire drive system and avoid secondary damage to the new belt.
