Installation Instructions: Before installation, clean the gears and shaft keyways and apply extreme pressure gear oil; check the gear surfaces for any bumps or cracks; align the gears according to the original factory markings and adjust the meshing backlash to the standard range; after installation, run the machine under no-load for 5-10 minutes, and put it into use only after confirming there are no abnormal noises or vibrations.


Selection and Replacement Suggestions

Prioritize original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or parts that meet Komatsu transmission standards to avoid inferior parts that may cause premature gear wear, tooth breakage, and damage to core components such as the gearbox and rear axle due to insufficient material or precision.
