Functions and Effects
Core function: As a key component of the mechanical connection joint, it provides a low-friction, high-wear-resistant sliding interface between the shaft and the support structure, and is a fundamental component to ensure the precise operation and stability of the various working devices of the grader.
Specific application scenarios
Blade connection joint: Supports the blade lifting/tilting axis, ensuring precise control of the working angle.
Ripener hinge point: Reduces wear under high-frequency vibration of the ripper, extending equipment life.
Steering system hinge: Ensures smoothness and stability during bending and turning.
Suspension system connection: Absorbs road impacts, reduces overall machine vibration, and improves driving comfort.
Working device linkage mechanism: Ensures the accuracy and reliability of coordinated action of all actuators.
Product Superiority
1. Advanced Materials and Structural Design
Bimetallic Composite Structure: The outer layer of high-strength alloy steel (40Cr) provides structural strength, while the inner layer of tin bronze alloy offers excellent wear resistance, resulting in a lifespan more than three times that of ordinary single-material bushings.
Precision Metallurgical Bonding: The inner and outer layers are metallurgically bonded using a special process, achieving a bond strength > 300MPa, eliminating the risk of delamination.
Surface Microstructure Treatment: The inner surface undergoes precision honing and micro-pitting treatment, increasing oil storage capacity by 40%, maintaining good lubrication even under boundary lubrication conditions.
Self-Lubricating Properties: Built-in solid lubricant (graphite/molybdenum disulfide) allows for operation for over 50 hours even under low-oil conditions, significantly reducing maintenance frequency.
2. Excellent wear resistance and impact resistance
Improved wear resistance: Wear rate < 0.002mm/100 hours under 30MPa pressure, which is 1/5 that of ordinary cast iron bushings.
Impact strength: Can withstand a 25-ton instantaneous impact load, suitable for high-intensity operation of graders.
Operating temperature range: -45℃ to +120℃, suitable for various harsh environments from extremely cold to high temperatures.
Corrosion resistance: Surface treated with phosphate and chrome plating, salt spray test withstand time ≥1000 hours, suitable for coastal high humidity and saline-alkali conditions.
3. Factory Adaptation and Economy
Precise Matching: Designed specifically for Komatsu GD series motor graders, the clearance between the bushing and the pin is controlled within 0.03-0.05mm, ensuring transmission accuracy.
Easy Maintenance: No need for regular lubrication, reducing downtime for maintenance.
Service Life: Up to 12,000 working hours under normal operating conditions, 2-3 times that of ordinary aftermarket parts, reducing total cost of ownership.
Economical Maintenance: Only the bushing needs to be replaced, not the entire shaft system, reducing maintenance costs by 60%.
Installation and maintenance recommendations
1.Installation Points
Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the inner and outer surfaces of the bushing and the mating holes before installation to ensure no impurities are present.
Lubrication: Apply an appropriate amount of high-temperature lithium-based grease (containing MoS₂) to the inner surface to reduce initial friction.
Installation: Use a dedicated press-fitting tool to press in smoothly; hammering is prohibited to prevent deformation.
Axial Positioning: After installation, ensure axial clearance ≤ 0.1mm to prevent movement.
Match Check: After installation, rotate the pin; it should feel smooth and without jamming, with radial runout < 0.05mm.
2.Maintenance
Routine Inspection: Before each operation, check for loose connections and abnormal wear between the bushing and pin.
Regular Lubrication: Every 250 working hours, add high-temperature grease via the grease fitting to extend service life.
Quarterly Inspection: Measure the wear on the inner diameter of the bushing. If wear on one side > 0.15mm, replace immediately.
Long-Term Storage: After cleaning, apply rust-preventive oil to the inner surface and protect both ends with dust plugs to prevent corrosion.
